The house is one of the original beach houses that has evolved a unique rambling charm over the years offering good indoor/outdoor living. It boasts two roomy waterfront queen bedrooms and a smaller cosy captain's cabin with a queen and a fourth bunkroom with two single bunk beds leading off the large conservatory suitable for children . There is a delightful little rustic antique caravan right on the waterfront that has a double bed suitable for either a young couple or an older child and also a child-size narrow single.
There is an optional roll out fence to keep young children contained and a sandpit in the front garden,

Cancellation policy- if cancelled within 30 days of booking (14 Feb-14 Dec) or 90 days of booking (15 Dec -13 Feb) cost is 100% of letting fee minus any days that are re-let.
